The Philosophy of CareWays Community

CareWays Community respects the dignity, rights and potential of all people. It demonstrates this via its recognition of the rights and responsibilities of the individual and of specific groups/communities, and its commitment to self-determination for individuals and groups/communities.

CareWays Community recognises the just claim of disadvantaged and marginalised people to the resources of the community. It undertakes to provide service regardless of race, ethnicity, creed, sexuality, disability or country of origin as resources permit, and it will prioritise the needs of disadvantaged and marginalised people/groups in the community.
