SUPPORT AT HOME

Support At Home
In Home Care Services
CareWays offers an extensive range of care services to support frail older  and younger people with a disability to be more independent and remain living in their own  home and in the local community. Our community care services provide personalised support to meet the individual needs of our clients and reduce the potential for premature admission to long term residential care.

Our care services are provided under three service models:
•    Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP) – For frail older people
•    Community Care Supports Program (CCSP) – For people with a disability
•    Private Services

Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP)
